These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smartlyy website and any services made available by Smartlyy Ltd("Smartlyy", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Smartlyy is preparing to launch and does not currently offer a live money service. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship or any obligation to provide services.

Smartlyy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16587096, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

When launched, Smartlyy intends to provide technology that lets customers hold value in pounds, dollars or euros and convert to other currencies at a time of their choosing. Where funds are held or moved, this is carried out by regulated payment and wallet infrastructure partners. Smartlyy itself does not hold customer funds.

Nothing on the website constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument or digital asset.

To use future services you will need to meet eligibility requirements and complete identity verification. We (or our partners) may refuse or discontinue service where verification cannot be completed or where required by law.

You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with their operation. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The website and its content, including the Smartlyy name and branding, are owned by or licensed to Smartlyy Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The final version of these Terms will be provided before any service launch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
